1. I will never make an actual cake again. It's totally not worth the time put in and no one really cares for cake in our families..I will however make ice cream cake that is easy and a huge hit.
2. We have too many birthdays in April in our families. April through June is CRAZY TIME.
3. My baby boy is getting so big!! It makes me so sad and happy at the same time

really, you think making a cake is too hard? I think icecream cakes are too hard. lol. loved the cake though, simple but so effective. i'll have to put that one in the ol' memory bank.
